Hybrid Work Schedule
· Available to full-time employees in most departments who have successfully completed training and are meeting the performance standards for the position
· Approval determined by supervisor/manager and will be coordinated based on business needs
· 100% remote work is not an option at this time

Holidays

PTO
Available to all full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. An all purpose time off combining traditional vacation, sick time, and personal time into one policy. May be used for vacation, illness or injury, doctor visits, child care and other personal time.
PTO is pro-rated for new hires who are in their new hire period. 40 hours or 5 days for every three months of service until new hire period is complete.
PTO Schedule for employees after completing new hire period
· 160 hours or 20 days – less than 5 years of service
· 200 hours or 25 days – more than 5 years, but less than 10 years of service
· 240 hours or 30 days – more than 10 years, but less than 20 years of service
· 280 hours or 35 days – 20 years or more of service (maximum)
