Jessica Olson is the Human Resources & Operations Manager at Chesterfield Companies. Practicing Human Resources in a variety of industries (marketing, service, insurance) and serving more than ten years in the role of “HR Department of One” has provided her the opportunity to work in all areas of Human Resources including recruiting & retention, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and wellness & safety.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio in 2006 and a Master of Education in Counseling from Malone University in Canton, Ohio in 2010. She holds an active Ohio Producer’s License with lines of authority in Life | Health | Accident | Property | Casualty and is a Notary Public with the State of Ohio.
Jessica lives in Tallmadge with her husband Dan and their two dogs Cinder and Mando. When she is not working, she likes to hike, attend drum fit, and travel.
