Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to all full-time employees as an all-purpose benefit, combining traditional vacation, sick time, and personal time into one policy.
PTO is pro-rated for new hires awarding 40 hours or 5 days for every 3 months of service until new hire period is complete.
PTO Schedule for employees after completing new hire period starts at 160 hours or 20 days for less than 5 years of service and follows a generous PTO schedule up to a maximum of 280 hours or 35 days for 20 years or more of service.
